About Morgan
I'm from West Virginia in the US but based in London, UK. I have a masters degree in Womenswear fashion design technology from London College of Fashion, a graduate diploma (postgraduate qualification) from London College of Fashion also in fashion design technology, and a bachelors degree from West Virginia University in fashion design. Much of my time in college has consisted of studying and perfecting design process and technical skills and knowledge of the industry. I've also sold my designs online and in stores in NYC. I know what it feels like to be a stressed fashion student pushed to my limits and that it can be easy to feel lost and confused. I'm here to help get your creativity brewing and help you feel confident with your entrance into fashion. Feel free to message me with any questions!

I am passionate about developing a design process that works for you and give honest and constructive feedback. Every creative person has methods that work best for them, and it's all about finding those. The fashion industry is filled with so much- so let's find what makes you stand out.
- I will get to know you and how you like to work in order to help you come up with a rhizomatic approach to design that is specific to you.
- I will show you technical skills to use as part of your process; ex: sewing (by hand and/or machine), garment finishes, illustration, sketching, technical drawing, Adobe tips, research, fabric choices, etc.
- We can cover ways to incorporate sustainability into your process.
- I can cater lessons to what you want and need. Ex: if you want only design process and no technical skills, or vice versa- or just portfolio support- that is totally fine.
- My lessons are for a variety of people! But for example, those in the beginning of their college career in fashion design needing extra assistance in design process, high school students looking to pursue fashion design and want to get a head start or build their portfolio for college application. I can also look over portfolios and aspired college's requirements and offer feedback for those applying for BA or MA programs in fashion design. The lessons can also be for anyone not pursuing fashion education at all but want to start on their own!
