Collaborated with premium service retailer in staffing and training strategy for it's first 3 doors in Michigan, leading to "Power Player" status in company core KPI's for duration of single unit leadership.

Promoted to multi unit leadership within 1 year of relocation.

National Recognition at an Executive and community level of "Influential Leadership".

2019 - 4th Quarter 2021
Revamped and repurposed training process for Metro Detroit staffing organization’s core client for revenue growth that yielded quality talent acquisition in over 20 job requisitions, while improving employee retention MOM beyond forecast expectations.

Continued team performance bred increased growth through "acquisition confidence" leading to 7 new core client contracts, in 7 different states, contributing 2+ million in bottom line profit earned in 2021’s fiscal year results.

Grew core staffing function headcount need from 4 to 10 due to increased volume of requisition applicants.

With direct CEO engagement and approval, created new leadership function that bridged local and national site collaboration strategies, exposing costly operational gaps that negatively affected budgeted “risk” investments through attrition, retention, and training effectiveness, that reduced organizational financial strength/potential.

Trained and developed successor to Director of Recruiting role in all aspects of the role, was then promoted 4th quarter of 2022 to more versatile leadership role involving company marketing and brand awareness.

2022 - 2023
Through market level leadership and collaboration, grew an 8 door territory to 14 doors in 10 months, with 3 additional doors in 2 additional states within company footprint.

With HR and Recruiting department, revised talent acquisition process and that proved healthy and effective in attracting and retaining top tier talent in Metro Detroit, Milwaukee, and Metro Indiana.

Achieved “#1 Territory” in company core and secondary KPI’s consecutively for 8 of 11 months, out of 38 territories.

Grew leadership collaboration with community support and rescue groups led to over a 20+ established business partnerships within Metro Detroit (Power Health Organization, Operation GetDown, Team Wellness).

Increased both entry level and store leadership pay rates by average of $2-$3 in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and small footprint of Ohio.

I've always been inspired by Dr. Harvey Hambrick, the amazing founder of the Marcus Garvey Academy, and my incredible mother, who taught me the value of relationships and community support.

I've got over 13 years of experience in corporate leadership in Metro Detroit, and I'm grateful of my long list of impactful experiences. I'm a true believer in personal and professional growth, which is why I've sought out mentors and connected with community leaders who have shaped my journey.

Drawing from the wisdom of my mentors and my unyielding dedication, I've become a respected thought leader and someone who can drive change in Detroit's talented workforce. I'm all about fostering growth and bringing fresh ideas to the table. I've seen firsthand how innovation can make a big difference in organizations and the communities they serve.
