About Biswa
I have done Btech in mechanical engineering (2010-2014). Then I completed Mtech from NIT Silchar in the specialisation of materials and manufacturing technology. I have also worked as a subject matter expert in mechanical engineering for 3 months in ACADECRAFT Pvt LTD.

My approach would be to start with basic principles and to create a strong background and foundation before going into the chapter. I would encourage interactive way of learning where students would be free to ask as many questions as possible. There would be doubt clearing sessions and weekly tests to evaluate each individuals progress and I'd personally address those students having specific problems in specific chapters. Innovative problem solving techniques based on deep analysis of the chapter would be my basic approach to make students understand the application of what they are learning in real life.
