Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well.
I'm Prerna Shounak and I'm a state level Taekwondo ( Martial Arts ) player and a daily basis yoga and fitness trainer. I'm from Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Currently pursuing my Graduations in English honors.

We gonna start our class with basic warmup then we'll go for basic pranayam and Asana. After completing the beginners phase we'll shift towards advance forms step by step. It will include full body stretching and cardio warmup.
