Your Unique Chemistry Teaching Mindset & Strategy 1. “Chemistry is Not a Subject — It’s a Superpower!” Teach with the belief that Chemistry explains everything around us — from the perfume they wear to the food they eat, from the water they drink to the medicines that heal. Tell students: “Once you understand Chemistry, you understand how the universe behaves.” 2. Teach “Why”, Not Just “What” Don’t just say “this is the rule.” Instead, explain why that rule exists. • Example: Don’t just say ‘Electronegativity increases across the period’.
