About Doug
I have been an exercise and nutritional coach/instructor for over 35 years. I presently teach college-level, adult learners how to study and pass their national NCCA-accredited fitness trainer exams. My graduate-level work focused on exercise biomechanics and nutrition for all fitness levels, particularly younger, college-level athletes.

My teaching method is a learning style focused on aiding in memorization of materials for testing purposes. Lessons are built around the students' academic-supplied textbooks/resources. I work with the students' cognitive strengths to achieve their desired outcome. My classes are designed for science majors in college and high school seniors.
