About Subhankar
Hello! I’m Subhankar Mohanty, a passionate educator dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. With two MBAs in HR and Business Analysis and years of hands-on experience in operations, I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge and academic insight to my teaching. My real-world experience allows me to relate concepts in Microsoft Excel and Maths to everyday scenarios, making lessons not only easier to understand but also more relevant to today’s world.
I have been teaching students from class 6th to class 10th for quite some time, focusing on building a solid foundation that will serve them well into the future. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a nurturing environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. By combining personal coaching with real-world examples, I help students truly understand the "why" behind what they’re learning, not just the "how."
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I believe that when a student feels understood, they learn better.
