About Nancy
The most effective way to learn is to listen repeatedly. Sound is everything. We start with structured listening practice to cement your auditory recognition of native speeds. Recorded listening drills for daily practice are provided to keep your momentum high between our meetings.
I adapt these sessions for relocation needs or exam formats like the DELE. My experience ensures that grammar is explained as a support for your communication rather than a barrier. I enjoy seeing students gain confidence with their new phrases, which eventually leads to genuine fluency.

Hobbyists often come to me when they find that standard grammar books fail to explain the melodic flow of the language. I have spent 13 years refining how I explain these concepts, drawing on my BA in Modern Languages from Cambridge.
Whether you are prepping for the DELE or moving abroad, we look at idioms that make your speech sound authentic. It feels quite natural to connect my musical background to the way we articulate Spanish sounds. I have worked with 389 students, from kids to professionals relocating for work.
My training at the Royal College of Music influences how I listen to your rhythm and tone. I appreciate the patience required to pick up new expressions and everyday phrases. It is about steady progress, really.
