About Aastha

I'm doing my Master's in Clinical Psychology. I got into the field because I wanted to understand why people behave the way they do, and I still find it interesting. I'm drawn to cognitive science, biopsychology and social psychology, mostly the ways our brains and our surroundings shape what we think and do. I tutor because I remember how confusing some topics felt the first time. If you're stuck on something or just curious, I'm happy to go through it with you.

About the lesson

I connect psychology to real life, using everyday examples, case studies, and classic experiments so concepts stick instead of being memorized. I use quick quizzes and discussion questions, and I encourage the student to question theories rather than just accept them.
We start with a short recap and the student's questions, then move to the main topic with examples and discussion. We finish with practice, such as exam-style questions or a short case, plus a quick summary of key points.
I'm patient and flexible, and I adapt to the student's pace and learning style. I can also help with exam prep, essay writing, and research methods for high school students, college and university students
