About Lucas
I have a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in ThermoFluids from the University of Central Florida. I did work as an Energy Systems Engineer for a NASA-funded project for Decarbonizing Aviation with 3 publications. Subjects I can teach: Math (Grad), Physics [Classical Mechanics] (Grad), Thermo & Fluid Mechanics (Grad), Chemistry (High School/AP), SAT/ACT Prep, MATLAB, and Python. My experience in tutoring consists of volunteering for MAO, Mathnasium, Undergrad teaching assistant, and Undergrad Research mentoring. I am down to Earth and easy to talk to. You can ask me anything and I will answer non-judgmentally. I believe in the intelligence of all my students and that belief in one's own abilities can help them excel.

I firmly believe that a solid foundation of the basics will help you excel throughout academia. A typical lesson starts with a small introduction of the fundamentals with an example problem. From there, I transition to the student and have them solve problems on their own - while guided. I provide problems with increasing complexity so the student can learn as they work and ask questions along the way.
