About Lokesh Sharma
I'm performing tabla since 2009 and I'm a disciple of world-renowned tabla player Shri Yashwant Vaishnav (Mumbai). Learning from me leads you to the rich traditions of Indian classical music. I believe that learning to play the tabla will be an enriching and fulfilling journey for you. Since 2009, I have performed many tabla solos and also accompanied many artists of vocal instrumentalists and kathak dancers also. e.g. Gautam Kale (Indore) Vinay Ramdasan (Mumbai) Gandhar Deshpande (Mumbai) Manali Ghosh (Kolkata) Basant Sharma (Sarod) Vikas Bhardwaj (Sitar) Mayur Shitole (kathak) and many more.

As I'm teaching since 2013, I have much experience to teach all kinds of students. Currently teaching all age groups starting from 8 years. I'm able to teach from basics to exponent level with proper book knowledge and at a performer state. Everything which I will teach always has a reason why I'm teaching, what will be the function, how you will grow, how to perform, when to perform, and also why to perform pertaining things of tabla. Also teach short-term goal-oriented students who want to perform early and don't have enough time to wait 10-20 years. Every age group can join my class.
