James Freyne is an experienced construction educator with a strong background in design, engineering, and real estate. He holds a degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Limerick and a master’s in Real Estate Valuation from Heriot-Watt University, accredited by the RICS. Having lived and worked in Dubai for over 15 years, James brings a global perspective to teaching, linking practical construction skills with design thinking and real-world problem-solving. His lessons emphasize purposeful, functional, and creative design, helping students understand how ideas become built environments. About the lesson

This Program is designed for students who want to develop practical skills in construction, woodworking, and design while preparing for the Irish Junior Certificate or Leaving Certificate. Each course is customized to the student’s grade level and needs.
