About HARSH
I am an elite Yoga practitioner and a Guinness World Record holder based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. My journey in Yogasana and Martial Arts has been defined by extreme discipline and physical mastery. I hold a 1st Dan Black Belt in Karate and have secured medals at both state and national levels.
My achievements include:
(Former) Guinness World Record: Holding the Dwipada Sirsasana (Two-Feet-Behind-Head Pose) for an incredible 31 minutes.
(Current) Guinness World Record: Fastest time to type the English alphabet using the nose.(19sec)
National Yoga Competitor: Participant in the 49th National Yoga Sports Championship.
State Champion: Active competitor and "6 Times" Gold medalist in the Uttarakhand State Yogasana and Karate Championships.
