About Hilli

With 12 years of experience teaching French, I have guided around 150–200 students in achieving their language goals, from beginners starting their journey to advanced learners refining their skills. I believe that effective learning comes from personalization, so I tailor every lesson to match the individual needs and strengths of each student.

My teaching blends clear explanations with practical application, allowing students to understand concepts and use them confidently. I incorporate conversational practice, interactive exercises, and real-world examples to make learning engaging and relevant.

I am committed to creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel motivated to participate and improve. My aim is to make French learning both effective and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for French is guided by flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, allowing me to create a learning experience that adapts to each student rather than expecting the student to adapt to the lesson. I take time to understand individual goals and learning preferences so that each session feels relevant and purposeful.

By approaching teaching with empathy and compassion, I create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable practicing and improving without fear of mistakes. Communication is central to my lessons, with a strong emphasis on speaking and listening through real-life conversations and guided interaction.

I also encourage collaboration through activities such as role-plays and situational exercises that make learning more practical and engaging. Alongside French, I incorporate grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context to ensure a well-rounded and meaningful learning journey.
