About Daphne

I’m a recent Physics Master’s graduate specializing in quantum mechanics, optics, and high-energy physics. I offer clear, structured, and professional tutoring designed to build confidence and mastery in physics. What I Offer Personalized lessons tailored to your level (high school through graduate) Step-by-step explanations with real-world applications Guided practice to strengthen problem-solving skills Professional, reliable support to help you reach your goals Who It’s For High school students (AP/IB), undergraduates in physics or engineering, graduate students in advanced mechanics, E&M, or quantum mechanics, and anyone eager to truly understand physics.

About the lesson

I have taught discussion/recitation sections for two years for mostly freshman physics, but I can help with some higher level physics classes as well. I have also tutored individual students who have specifically reached out to me because many find my teaching style to be the most helpful. I typically try to relate confusing topics to real life situations and then explain the mathematics which are needed to solve different problems. I also teach students how to confront problems which seem intimidating and complicated. I show students how to break new problems into situations that are more easily understandable.

Daphne is a great tutor. She really makes learning a fun experience. She is so smart but never makes me feel dumb. Her resume and schools she has been were enough to convince me to use her. She has a great personality and will help in just about any area of teaching you need.
