About Balade
I have been tutoring people for about a year now. I've taught over 20 students. Student have received higher test scores in the subject and passed their state-mandated tests. I am known to be a peoples person and teach in ways that students understood right away. Over the summer I work as a camp counselor. I love being around kids and people in general.

My teaching method is based on what the student prefers. Usually, I meet with them or I talk to them over the phone and ask them what difficulties they are having and why they are having those difficulties. I try to approach the subject in ways that makes sense to them, not just textbook style. I teach using methods that they like not just sit down and have them copy stuff from a textbook. I once had a student in the 7th grade who math wasn't their strongest subject. However, they were amazing at soccer. Using soccer teams and soccer terms with math he was able to ace his state math proficiency exam after just 2 months of tutoring.
