1. **Bring the student up to speed** on concepts they don't understand.

2. **Practice assigned questions first** to strengthen understanding of the material covered in class.

3. **Build exam/test readiness** with mock test questions that range from basic knowledge to higher-level thinking, and learn to recognize and tackle different question types.

The advertised rate of $40/hour is a special introductory rate for students joining through this platform.

My standard rate is $80/hour.

As a tutor, my available teaching hours are limited, and each lesson involves preparation, carefully selected practice questions, and a structured approach to help students build understanding and improve their results.

I'm offering this introductory rate to give new families an opportunity to experience my teaching approach before committing to my standard rate. Please note that this is a temporary offer for the first 4 lessons.

I'm sharing this upfront so everyone is aware of the upcoming rate change before joining.

I also believe quality tutoring should be accessible to families with different budgets. If my standard rate is beyond your budget, I could offer a limited number of online lessons at $40/hour, depending on my weekly availability. Students must have an iPad and Apple Pencil for online lessons.
