About Lisa
I started tutoring when I was in secondary 5 and continued for another 9 years while I studied a variety of disciplines and worked various jobs. Over the last few years, I've heard so many friends and family say that their children are struggling with their schooling after the whole "Covid-digital schooling" episode. As such, I've decided to offer my services once again.

As someone who understands how hard it can be to focus on things that don't interest you, I use a more personalized approach to tutoring. My goal is to show how mathematics apply to the student's favorite subjects! Does your child like sports? Cool! Algebra can help calculate scores! Maybe they prefer scrapbooking? No problem: we can figure out how much paper you need with a little geometry! And what about book lovers? Let's calculate how many shelves you need to display all those comics!
