About Tom
I'm currently studying Renewable Energy Engineering at university and have always had a strong passion for maths. I enjoy teaching and take pride in helping students build confidence and achieve their goals. Outside of academics, I’m an active person who enjoys rugby, hiking, and camping. I bring the same energy and focus from the outdoors and sport into my lessons — clear, calculated, and supportive.

Each lesson focuses on the learner’s individual goals, using a combination of guided practice and questioning. I provide step-by-step explanations while working through questions and solutions together. Lessons are typically 1 hour, but flexible depending on the student's needs. I’ve mainly tutored students from Year 9 up to A-level, but I’m also happy to work with younger learners as needed. Lessons can be for all ages and levels — from school support to adult learners.
