About Winnie
My name is Winifred, and I'm a computer science graduate of the University of Jos. Math was at the center of my studies, from algebra and logic to statistics and problem solving, and it is the skill I use every day in my work.
I'm patient, organized, and committed to every student's progress. My lessons are friendly, structured, and focused on helping you understand math, not just memorize it, so you can face your exams and assignments with confidence.

I studied computer science at the University of Jos, where maths is the foundation of everything: logic, algebra, statistics, and problem solving. I've also taught in bootcamps, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, so I know how to explain hard ideas in plain, simple language and at the pace each student needs.
How I teach
I don't believe in memorising formulas without knowing where they come from. I explain the idea first, show it with a real-life example, then we practise together until you can do it on your own. My teaching is hands-on and project-based, with lots of questions, so you're never just watching me solve problems.
