About Elin

I have over 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics and hold a PhD in the field. My work focuses on applying mathematical concepts to environmental science and sustainability modeling. I specialize in teaching population dynamics, resource management, and climate modeling techniques. In my lessons, mathematics is never just numbers on a page—it’s a tool to understand and solve real-world challenges. I use actual ecological data to ground abstract concepts in reality. Students learn how to build and interpret models that can predict population growth, optimize resource use, or simulate climate patterns. I introduce simulation tools to make learning interactive and practical. This approach helps students see the direct link between mathematical theory and environmental action. About the lesson

As a strong DIY learner and researcher, I encourage students to find their own pathways to understanding complex theorems. This builds independence and confidence, especially in areas that initially seem intimidating. I use thought-provoking examples and real-world analogies to make abstract concepts feel tangible.

Every session is tailored to the student’s pace, allowing them to grow steadily while developing their own mathematical voice. We focus on clarity, creativity, and logical thinking. Together, we discover new ways to think mathematically and open the door to advanced problem-solving skills.
