My methodology is going to be very realistic and something what everyone can follow on a daily basis and make it consistent. It won’t require any fancy diets equipments. We will focus on changing our lifestyle and see the scientific approach to losing weight by calculating BMI, RMR, etc rather than just losing weight. We will also tackle other lifestyle diseases like diabetes, atherosclerosis etc.
