I try to build confidence in my students. I believe if my students can believe in themselves, they can perform at their best. No students are alike. Depending on how a student is both as a person and on an academic level, I modify my teaching methodology. Building good teacher-student relationship is key to me. If my students are afraid or uncomfortable or feels uneasy, then they will be hesitant if they dont understand something. Learning should be fun, not something to fear or to avoid.
