About the lesson

I like to work closely with students by first reviewing the curriculum and creating a tutoring plan that follows the concepts learned in class in order to reinforce and strengthen understanding. This will be done by helping students work through homework problems and spending extra time on concepts that may give them difficulty. Understanding of Mathematics and Physics may not come easy for some students but I believe that with practice and focused teaching, everybody can grasp the key concepts that can build the foundation for learning.

I work full-time as a test-engineer in the automotive industry for over two years now since completing my Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Waterloo. I completed over 200 hours of community service as a peer tutor back in high school teaching and assisting other students in mathematics. Although I am now happily working on my career as a young engineer, I have always enjoyed helping others achieve their academic goals at any level and would like the opportunity to continue doing so as a part time tutor.
