Mechanical Engineering Student teaches math and physics up to first year university level.

Details

Standard lessons ($40/hr): These lessons include covering current class content, assisting with assignments, and building core skills and intuition.

Exam prep ($50/hr): These lessons are dedicated to helping the student/s prepare for upcoming exams or major tests, including teaching them key exam skills, what to expect from exam questions and what exam markers look for in answers, and the problem-solving skills required to handle exam-style questions. I also provide my own exam-style question booklets tailored to the content and designed to check core understanding before progressing to exam-level questions, followed by extension questions that are more challenging than the exam itself.

Extension & accelerated learning ($60/hr): These lessons are dedicated to personalised extension and enrichment for students preparing for advanced mathematics, university STEM, and academic competitions. I also provide my own resources from past and current subjects including university level mathematics, physics, and engineering course content, as well as sourcing relevant textbooks and other supplementary material.

If I am tutoring multiple students in the same lesson, the rate of the lesson is $20 lower per additional student (e.g. a standard lesson is $40/hr for 1 student but $60/hr instead of $80 for 2 students and $80/hr instead of $120/hr for 3 students).
