About Anna
I have recently graduated Cardiff Uni with a degree in medical engineering, including a placement year designing and testing medical devices. I'm passionate about maths and engineering and love to discover and share the real-world applications of mathematics. As a woman in STEM, I feel particularly strongly about inspiring girls to love maths and consider a future in STEM.

I believe a tutor should guide students through problems rather than lecture them on the solution. I use a combination of discussion and exam style questions to gently stretch and challenge my students' understanding. I adapt my teaching style to the individual and am flexible in my approach.
