About Neha

I am a medical graduate who has successfully passed USMLE Step 1, with a strong interest in medical education and helping aspiring medical professionals achieve their academic goals. Having experienced the challenges of medical school and USMLE preparation firsthand, I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate vast amounts of medical information, identify high-yield topics, and know how to apply what you learn to exam-style questions.

My teaching approach goes beyond simply explaining textbook content. I focus on helping students understand how concepts connect, recognize key clues in clinical vignettes, distinguish between similar answer choices, and approach challenging questions with greater confidence. By emphasizing conceptual clarity, active recall, and practical question-solving strategies, I aim to make learning more structured, efficient, and rewarding.

Whether you are struggling with a difficult topic, building your foundation in basic medical sciences, or preparing for USMLE Step 1, I tailor my teaching to your individual needs and learning pace. My goal is to help you move beyond memorizing facts to understanding the reasoning behind them, so you can approach your studies with greater clarity and confidence.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on building strong conceptual understanding, mastering high-yield medical topics, and developing effective problem-solving skills rather than relying on rote memorization. As a medical graduate, I understand the importance of connecting basic medical sciences with clinical concepts and approaching exam questions strategically.

I can help students with Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, and Microbiology, as well as USMLE Step 1 preparation. My approach is tailored to each student's learning needs, current level of understanding, and academic goals.

During our sessions, we will break down difficult concepts into simpler explanations, identify key facts and common exam traps, and practice applying knowledge to clinical scenarios. I aim to help students understand not just the correct answer, but also why the other options are incorrect. Lessons can include topic-wise revision, practice questions, clarification of challenging concepts, and guidance on organizing an effective study plan.

Class Structure & Details

Lessons are conducted online and can be adapted to the student's needs. We can focus on a specific topic, revise high-yield concepts, work through practice questions, or strengthen areas that need improvement. Sessions can typically last 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on the topic and student's goals.
