About Agnes

I am a medical student and have been coaching a lot of people on how to eat and live healthy for a better immune system. Food is my hobby lol, that's why I took deep to learn healthy ways of feeding well.

I base my classes on major wrong way we consume food, I also used real life examples to justify it.Having been a lover of food and have Been deeply dealt with back then when junk food was my only thing.
