About Kay
I am currently studying medicine as a postgraduate. I have an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences. At AS level I gained grades A*A*A*A*. At A level I received A* grades in psychology, sociology, law and biology. I have informally helped others at my previous school to achieve grades higher than what they were originally predicted. I love to help others reach their academic goals. I believe learning should be an enjoyable experience for everyone. I can be very flexible with time slots for classes and aim to put all my students at ease :)

In my lessons I provide my students with practice questions, tailored to their areas of study, which I then mark and provide in-depth feedback on. I can also give specialised help with exam topics prior to mock exams or assessments. Depending on which exam board you are studying under, I can create and mark worksheets and mini assessments to monitor progress and understanding. I believe lessons should be fun and engaging, and be tailored to the student's preferred way of learning, for example, I prepare mind maps and slideshows for students who prefer to learn visually or recall games with students who learn better through repetition. I believe that with hard work and a little bit of guidance, everyone can achieve top grades!
