About Huseyin

I have been Tutoring maths, biology and chemistry both in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis for several years. I have attained A*s in biology, chemistry and maths for my GCSEs (1 grade 9, 5A*, two grade 7s and 4As overall) and an A in all of my A-levels. I am 18 years old and this is my first year in Medical School which I have found to be a strength of mine while tutoring as not only am I well versed in both the new A-level and GCSE syllabus but I am also able to connect with my students well.

My lessons are geared towards preparing my students for not only exams but also to prepare them for school during this pandemic and make sure they are up to speed with what they would have been learning within school. My experience allows me to create rapport with my students and know exactly what they need to improve. My students have also said that I am an easy going and patient tutor which allows my students to interact a lot more in my classes. I certainly believe that knowledge is retained through understanding and understanding is what I as a tutor can facilitate for my students. I have become proficient in tailoring the way I speak and in finding concrete ways to teach abstract concepts. My teaching methodology will promote confidence in my students as I get them to review previous content through questions and this will indeed benefit them both in class and exams.
