About Amber

I am a BodyTalk practitioner, sound bath facilitator, meditation instructor and gemstone jewelry designer. I’ve been sitting in meditation for as long as I can remember and started studying Therevada Buddhist meditation techniques while living in Thailand at 16. Since then, I have spent a total of several months in silent retreat and really appreciate how varied internal journey work can be. I’ve been teaching meditation and designing guided meditations based on the needs of my clients for over four years.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is listening first. To the words, the body language, the energy and the eyes of those I’m working with. Listening to the struggles and shining compassion on the blockages that bring them on. Investigating, releasing, but most of all empowering people to listen to themselves and showing them how to use tools that amplify access to that inner light.
