About Hannah
Hi I am Hannah!
I’ve had a passion of health and wellness for many years and began with a medical career as a nurse before branching off into alternative ways of healing the mind and body. I am passionate and teaching and helping others learn and grow and love to share what I know to enable people to live well and improve all layers of their existence.

Learning meditation and Breathwork is a powerful practice for all layers of the self, physical, emotional and mental. It is proven to reduce stress and improve your over all wellness, mental health and well-being and through developing these habits you can begin discovering your true/higher self.
I can work with you Individually or in a group and we will develop a plan that works for you depending on your experiences up to this point, - as an energy healer and therapist I also can give healing treatments combined with Breathwork and meditation classes on request.
During our sessions we will learn a variety of techniques together, so you can build your own practice for yourself successfully at home.
I teach groups and individuals of all ages . Please enquire.
I am a Reiki Master Teacher and am also able to teach Reiki at all levels.
