About Joy
I have been a meditator and yogi for over 20 years. Many years in a spiritual community developed the consistent meditation practice, ego-checking, service, and focus on Source from which I share and lead my meditation/introspection sessions. It is my specialty to create an Energetically powerful calm ~ for you to let go and invite divine grace into your life.
