Meditation

Lesson location

- At Youri's house: Minto

About Youri

As my practice has been largely solitary, I can't say that I have much to offer professionally or academically, but I have been meditating consistently since I was a child.

About the lesson

I prefer to teach to groups, but am certainly not opposed to teaching individuals. My lessons are more structured around what each student wishes to learn, and I tend to be fairly flexible about what kind of discussions are held after each session. All classes are held outdoors
