About Terra
I received my Hatha Yoga and Meditation certification in 2011 at Yoga Illumined school in Austin, TX led by Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza. This lineage she passed on is from the Ananda Ashram led by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati. I have studied the anatomy intensely from massage therapy to physical therapy environments where I have been employed. I have been a practitioner of Yoga in my personal life for over 15 years. It is a dear passion of mine.
