I’m Aileen, an interdisciplinary artist and creative mentor with over 15 years of professional experience in visual art, design, and creative production. I’ve worked across exhibitions, public art, and collaborative creative projects, and I bring that real-world knowledge into every lesson. I’m patient, reliable, and deeply committed to helping students feel supported and confident in their creative growth. I value clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and creating a learning environment where curiosity and self-expression are encouraged. My goal is always to help students develop skills, trust their ideas, and enjoy the creative process.

My approach as a tutor is intuitive, encouraging, and tailored to each student’s creative goals. My standard rate reflects personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student’s goals and level. Lessons include guided exercises, feedback, and a customized approach to help you develop both technical skills and creative confidence.
Online sessions are offered at a lower rate, while in-person lessons include additional time and preparation for travel. Materials are typically not included, but I’m happy to recommend specific tools and supplies based on your practice and goals.
I begin with a short evaluation session to understand your level and create a structured plan for your progress. Ongoing lessons are designed to build consistency and long-term development, so I do work with a minimum session commitment to ensure meaningful results.
