About Aishwarya
I am a co-founder of an organic coffee company based in Kerala, India. I am a post-graduate in Applied Microbiology and have been working in the food industry (food safety management system ) as a Lead Auditor.
As a student, I have only liked and loved teachers who have been considerate, understanding, and knowledgeable. Like they say "be what inspires you" I have always tried to excel and have been competent to be what has inspired me.
I have been tutoring school and college students for the past 6 years. I started off as a home tutor during my under graduation as a way of service. I have realized that teaching is a process of learning. I have been very passionate about teaching and the process since then, and I have loved to express myself through teaching students.
I believe that teaching and learning have helped me put things into perspective, my identity, and be the person I am today. This has even helped me in managing my business activities. I would love to use my teaching methods and technical knowledge for the welfare of the students here.

I teach biology and allied subjects.
My classes are intended for school and college-level students. As an entrepreneur, I have learned that ideas and concepts cannot be forced into a person, they need to be observed and adopted to get a better understanding of them.
I focus more on student-centered online and offline learning where students are urged to reflect on what they have learned.
The classes begin by teaching the concepts and techniques.
Based on the teachings, students will be allowed to take an active role to discuss their learnings.
It includes brainstorming around lessons, presentations, discussions, and interactive exercises.
