About Mansoor
I'm a technology professional and former college instructor with years of experience teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate level. My background spans the full Microsoft Office suite, IT systems, networking, and Cisco Unified Communications.
Teaching has always been a passion. There's nothing more satisfying than watching someone go from frustrated and stuck to genuinely confident with a tool they use every day. That's what drives every session I run.
Outside of tech, I bring a patient, approachable style to everything I do. I believe anyone can master these tools with the right guidance — the problem is usually never the student, it's the way the material was explained to them.
Whether you're picking up Excel for the first time or trying to finally unlock features you've avoided for years, I'm here to make the process straightforward, practical, and even enjoyable.
