About Shakuntala
I am a mindful meditation teacher with over 40 years of experience guiding individuals toward inner peace, balance, and self-awareness. Over the decades, I have worked with students from all walks of life—helping them manage stress, calm their minds, and build a deeper connection with themselves through gentle guided meditation. My teaching style is warm, patient, and deeply nurturing. I believe that meditation is a gift everyone can access, and I create a safe, supportive space for students to learn at their own pace. With four decades of practice, I bring a blend of wisdom, intuition, and practical techniques to each session, ensuring that every student feels seen, supported, and understood.
