About Molly

For the past two years, I have worked with students from a wide range of backgrounds and countries, including Mexico, Ukraine, and London. Teaching learners with different goals, cultures, and language levels has helped me develop a flexible and student-centered approach that adapts to each individual's needs.

Alongside my teaching experience, I have spent the last decade working in the technology industry, including roles at Meta and Lyft. These experiences allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams, communicate across cultures, and solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.

My professional background has greatly influenced my teaching style. I am skilled at building meaningful connections quickly, identifying individual strengths and challenges, and working collaboratively toward clear goals. Whether in the workplace or the classroom, I believe success comes from strong communication, mutual trust, and a supportive environment.

I bring this same mindset to every lesson. My goal is to help students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident while developing practical English skills they can use in real-world situations. Whether you are learning English for work, school, travel, or personal growth, I will tailor our lessons to your needs and help you make steady, measurable progress.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is highly personalized because I believe every student learns differently. I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent learners and students with disabilities, creating lessons that are accessible, engaging, and tailored to their individual strengths and needs.

Rather than relying solely on traditional teaching methods, I incorporate students' interests into our lessons through music, films, television, literature, and other forms of media. This helps make learning more enjoyable, meaningful, and memorable while encouraging natural language acquisition.

Over time, I have helped students improve their speaking fluency, expand their vocabulary, and develop clearer pronunciation through consistent practice and personalized feedback. My lessons focus on building confidence alongside technical language skills, allowing students to communicate more comfortably and effectively in real-world situations.

I also believe that teaching is just as much a psychological and supportive process as it is an academic one. Learning a language can be intimidating, so I strive to create a nurturing and encouraging environment where students feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is not only to help students improve their English, but also to help them develop the confidence to express themselves authentically and achieve their personal goals.
