About Elric

I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 7 years of experience teaching English to High School and College students. Throughout my career, I have successfully taught 150–200 students, helping them improve academically and gain confidence in using English.

A proud milestone has been supporting students who initially struggled with English to become independent learners capable of speaking, writing, and understanding English effectively. Witnessing their progress and achievements is incredibly fulfilling.

My teaching style is structured, clear, and student-focused. I explain grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking in simple, practical ways. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and goals, incorporating exercises, examples, and discussions that enhance understanding and retention.

I foster a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, take risks, and learn from mistakes. I emphasise consistent effort, celebrate achievements, and help students build confidence alongside academic skills.

Teaching ESL is not only my profession but also my passion. My mission is to guide students towards academic success, effective communication, and lifelong confidence in English.

About the lesson

I teach ESL using a goal-oriented, practical, and confidence-building approach. Lessons include real-life examples and case studies to make English meaningful and easy to apply. Motivation is central—I encourage students to set goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.

Problem-solving exercises strengthen critical thinking and help learners use English in everyday situations. Integrity guides my teaching—I provide honest feedback and maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.

Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons to each student’s pace, style, and learning needs. Besides ESL, I teach grammar, writing, reading, and conversation skills. My goal is to help students gain confidence, independence, and practical English skills.
