About Miki

I am a psychology student, coach, and multisport player. I help teens get on track to achieve their own goals. I use sport as a source of values to apply on a day-to-day basis and face both failures and achievements in a positive way.

About the lesson

My teaching method varies according to the student, adjusting the direction and intensity of the tasks according to the objectives, their situation and their own motivation.
I generally use sport as an analogy to understand fundamental values (effort, motivation, perseverance ...)
