Hi there! I'm Jennifer — a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I specialize in helping older adults feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies. What truly drives me is watching my clients take back their lives — doing things they haven’t done in years (or even decades). Whether it’s returning to gardening, hiking again, or just keeping up with grandkids, I love helping people rediscover joy in movement and feel proud of what their bodies can do.
