My teaching Doctrine comes from the idea that teaching and education are not one-size-fits-all. Good teachers guide students on where to look but don’t dictate what they should see. My main goal is to encourage students to ask fundamental questions about Mathematics and find answers in a creative and engaging way. I want math to be a joyful part of their lives, not a burden. Since theory and practice are closely connected, I focus on both to truly nurture students' understanding of the subject.
While I hope my students will learn from me, I also value learning from them. This helps me recognize that each student learns differently. I regularly reflect on my teaching styles and aim to incorporate each child's input. I strive to provide the best personalized education experience using real-life examples, case studies, dialogues, and diagrams.
