About Stephen
Stephen is an experienced musician who has been playing the bass guitar for over ten years. Having recently finished a degree in music performance at BIMM London means he has an in depth knowledge of music theory, instrumental technique and is comfortable performing on stage. As well as teaching bass guitar and music theory, performance psychology is another subject he specializes in.

Lessons are tailored to how the student wishes them to be conducted. However, the general method is a hands on approach where the student gets as much playing time as possible with pointers made based on their technique. Homework tasks are set so that solo practice time is as constructive as possible allowing the lessons to be times for moving onto new subjects and improving the students skill set and knowledge.
