I’m a junior in high school with a passion for music. I have been singing, playing piano, and writing music for about 10 years, and that experience has shown me that a strong grasp on music theory boosted my performance and understanding of music!

We’ll be working primarily within a workbook and flash cards for our lessons, applying what they have learned to pieces they may be playing in their piano lessons. My focus is not necessarily on rote memorization but the development of musical concepts as a second nature through consistent practice and exposure.
