About Adrina

I'm currently studying mathematics at the University of Waterloo, and I love to do math and teach math!!
I believe anyone can do math if they understand the definitions, rather than memorize it. I do my best to make math understandable, rather than a memorizing subject :)

About the lesson

Hi, my name is Adrina, and I like math and enjoy talking about it with others and solving problems with them.

I can teach the concepts of grade 1-12 math including limits, derivatives, trigs, logs, functions, and more. My method is that I first teach the concept and then we solve questions together in order to master the concept!!

I think what makes my classes a little different from others is that I'm exactly the same as you and I understand what you are going through and know how teachers want us to know the concepts, and also I think for me teaching to others is like spending time with my friends and I feel like that makes it a little more comfortable for both me and the other person.

I prefer to teach grade 9-12 math, but right now I've also tutored grade 5,7 students too!! So I can teach lower grades but I just like the math concepts of grades 9-12 more.
