About Andrew
I am a big nerd, I love learning in my free time; psychology, history and languages. I am currently learning Norwegian and speak Spanish fluently. I love travelling and using these languages to connect to new cultures. I love singing and I am currently learning to play bass guitar, which is fun. During my own personal learning, I employ the principles I have learned from Cognitive Psychology to ensure that I am learning in a manner that is efficient. My lessons will be designed in line with these principles. I am super friendly and love answering curiously crafted questions. I will do my very best to ensure that you achieve your goals through lessons that are enjoyable and effective.

The lesson will entail a period for getting to know what areas you are focusing on are, and to get to know your goals. This will instruct the formulation of my lesson plans. It will also be a time for you to ask me questions. From there we will segue into the instruction. I am a passionate learner and teacher, a curious person who loves engaging with ideas and riveting discussion. I am very interested in psychology and stay up to date with the literature and debates, and apply what I have learned from psychology in day to day life. I have 1 year's experience as teaching assistant and I am currently studying a PGCE at Edge Hill University. This practical knowledge of pedagogy and the formulation of effective lesson plans is backed by my knowledge of Psychology, which I have a master's in. I am very passionate about psychology and the lessons will be engaging, inspiring and go into great depth, making the content's psychological relevance and importance to the world clear. I will craft the lessons bespoke to whatever areas you most need to cover, and invite as many questions you can fire at me!
