About Sumeyra Feyza
Hi! My name is Sumeyra and I'm a native Dutch speaker from Hilversum, the Netherlands. I graduated in 2023 from my bachelor's, Language and Culture Studies. Since then I've been teaching several languages (Spanish, Dutch and English) to people with different backgrounds, ages and levels. I have been raised bilingually, because of this reason I had to put more effort into perfecting my Dutch than most native speakers. I know how difficult the language can be, especially if your mother tongue is very different. I can assure you that I will be patient with you and we'll cover difficult topics until you are confident with them. I will motivate you and help you with anything.

The classes will be tailored to your specific needs. Do you want to learn Dutch because you're planning a trip to the Netherlands? Are you interested in working in the Netherlands? Or do you have a Dutch partner or relatives? Will you study a specific topic in the Netherlands? No problem. I'll create the class just for you. All classes will cover a little bit of grammar, reading, listening and speaking exercises. We'll focus on improving your pronunciation, and in no time you'll learn to form sentences to be able to express yourself in Dutch. Based on your interests, we'll talk about topics that you find interesting. I also teach more specific topics like academic or business Dutch.
