About Janick
I am a university student in linguistics, from Québec. I have a CÉGEP diploma in Sciences, Lettres et Arts from Trois-Rivières and a bachelor's degree in Études internationales et langues modernes from Université Laval in Québec city. I am currently studying Sciences du langage (Linguistics) at TÉLUQ university. I have spent an extensive amount of time studying and perfecting many languages besides my own, such as english, mandarin and german (university, with a semester abroad in Taipei where i was given the opportunity to teach english and share canadian culture with elementary school students), créole haïtien and spanish. I have also been a reservist for almost 6 years, thus given the opportunity to perfect my english every year.

I am very flexible when it comes to teaching methods. I would like to provide you with a unique and personnalized teaching plan, following your expectations and my assessment of your french level, so we can work on a program that fits the pace of your goals. I can provide you structure and guide you through acquiring proper learning material. I strongly believe that the best way to learn and improve a language is to speak it, therefore I like to use the French Immersion technique, where I would seulement vous parler en français tout au long de nos sessions. Bien entendu, je comprends que cette technique peu paraître intimidante, mais je vous guarantee, from my own experience, that it is the best way to do it. I am also more than happy to help you with any french homework, studying or translating should you wish to.
